Weekly Question/Answer Sessions  ("Q/A Sessions")

Each week there will be two unstructured Q/A sections each week.  I hope these sessions can be helpful to you, but attendance is optional.  Q&A Sessions are a place (outside of office hours) where you can bring questions about homework or lecture materials.  If there are no questions, the leader might have some ideas of things to discuss to get things rolling.

The session are scheduled to last 1.5 hours.  If there are lots of questions, it might be possible sometimes to run a little longer.  On the other hand, if there seem to be no more questions and there's nothing else we want to discuss, they may end sooner.
The leaders will be Professor Freiwald (wednesday) and an experienced graduate student and teacher, Ms. Lisa Kuehne (Tuesday).

You can feel free to leave early or come late.  However, if you come late,
  • the leader might choose to defer one of your questions if it's something that was already discussed earlier in the session
  • there's always a possibility that the session might have ended early.
The Q/A Sessions will be held
  • Tuesday afternoon, 3:00-4:30 in Crow 206 (Physics Building)
  • Wednesday afternoon, 4:00-5:30 in  Crow 206 (Physics Building)
During reading period, the Q/A Sessions will be held in a different room: Cupples I,  room 113  (on the landing of the stairway, ahlfway down to the basement, at the west end of Cupples I.   The days/times are not changed.
