The text book for the course will be "Riemannian Manifolds": an Introduction to Curvature" by John M. Lee, Volume 176 of Graduate Texts in Mathematics, Springer-Verlag. (This replaces "Riemannian Geometry" by Manfredo Do Carmo, which is out of print).
There will be a midterm examination on Monday March 3.
The final examination is 10:30am - 12:30pm Tuesday, May 11.
A written homework assignment will be due each week.
