Abstract: Our talk will follow the works of Chern-Moser and Huang. We will study Global and Local Equivalence problem and a beginning part of Formal Theory of Levi Non-degenerate Real Hypersurfaces. We will start them from a very basic phenomena which is proved by Poincare about 100 years ago.
