Multiple Choice Scoring

The answers listed under multiple choice are the answers read from your card. On occasion the card reader does "hiccup" and all of the answers on your card will be shifted by one or two. If this appears to have happened to you then please email operator@math.wustl.edu or stop by Cupples I Room 100, the math department offices.

The most common mistake students need to be aware of is mismarking their answer cards. On just about every test someone will inadvertantly mark two questions on the same line and leave the next one blank. For example marking both A and D for question 14 and leaving 15 blank. We cannot read your mind and determine which answer was to which question. In these cases you must stop by Cupples I Room 100 and we will try to straighten it out. If a "?" appears as what you marked then this means there were 2 (or more) answers marked for that particular question. If your response appears as a blank then there was no answered marked.
