The final numerical grade in this course will be computed as follows:

There will be two numeric grades calculated: "course grade" and
"total trade".

Each of the three in-semester exams and the final count equally.

If the grade on the final is higher than any of the other three
scores, it replaces the lowest score.

The final grade is not replaceable.

The complete exam score so arrived at counts for 80% of the
course grade.

The six best quiz scores (must include 2 of the last 4) are
averaged and count 20% of the course grade.

In computing the total grade, the course grade above counts 90%
and the ALEKS score 10%.

The letter grade is then based on the total grade.

If you take the course P/F, "P" means a letter grade of C- or
better.
