Math 302 - Elementary geometry from an advanced point of view

Messages

If there is some important information about the course it will be posted here. Be sure to check back from time to time.

Saturday December 20th.

The final grades are now posted in EGrades, and should appear on WebStac. Most of the solutions for the final exam are in the book, but I have written up solutions for Problem 4 (the challenge) on the exam.

You can pick up your answers to the final exam at the math office. If you have any particular questions, I will read my e-mail sporadically over the holidays, and I will be back on January 8th. Happy holidays!

Wednesday December 17th.

This may be too late to be useful, but here is the Final exam from the 2006-version of this course, with solutions.

Friday December 12th.

The final exam is on Thursday December 18th, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM in Cupples II, room 114 (our usual room). On the exam the list of theorems and postulates will be available as usual.

Before the final exam I will have extended office hours as follows:

Monday, December 15th, 3:00 - 5:00 PM,
Wednesday, December 17th, 2:00 - 5:00 PM.

Monday October 13th.

Information about and ideas for the project are now posted.

Friday September 19th.

We have changed the proposed dates of the in-class exams. They will be on Monday October 6th and Monday November 17th. Also, if you want you can choose to do a project instead of the second in-class exam.

Wednesday August 13th.

The first lecture will be on Wednesday August 27th 12:00 - 1:00 PM in Cupples II, room 114. Please note that Cupples II is NOT the math building.
