A block of rooms has been reserved at Clayton Plaza Hotel for the nights of November 1 and 2.
Accommodations will be arranged for all participants who register by October 9. We will make the reservation for you based on your arrival/departure date after we receive your registration. Please make sure to let us know if you prefer to make your own reservation.
If you are a graduate student, you might need to share a room. If there is someone you wish to share a room with, please let us know in the "special requests" section of the registration page.
