I am an Assistant Professor at the department of mathematics and statistics of Washington University in St. Louis.

I am interested in the interplay between Combinatorics and Algebraic Geometry. I develop combinatorial models to understand the singularities of Schubert varieties and the action of tori on these varieties. This work has led me to construct and study polytopes using tools from symplectic and algebraic geometry.

I co-organize the Combinatorics Seminar.

I finished my Ph.D. at Cornell University in May 2015.
